To support the growing of the customer service and technical support team they are looking for German speakers for entry level roles in their multilingual division based in Goerlitz.
The position
As a Customer Service Agent you will:
• Provide requests in field of IT and mobile network services via phone.
• Investigate customers issue and provide distinguished solutions.
• Work effectively with other team members to provide support for customers.

The ideal candidate:
• Fluent in German written and spoken and good knowledge of English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interest in technology and mobiles.
