Daily duties:
You will be providing support by phone and email towards end-consumers, dealing with product specifications or operation inquires and potential repair support requests

Identify customer needs and interest in products/services through questioning

Ask effective and appropriate probing questions to understand theunderlying customer needs

Handles routine customer objections and questions

Proceed to sale or end contact based on evaluation of customer reaction
Measures customer satisfaction levels

Monitors and evaluates own call quality in association with Team Leader and Trainer/Coach

Participate in client meetings and site visits as requested
