*Our client is an outsourcing solutions organization providing multi-lingual support for variety of industries including retail and e- retail, DRTV, direct marketing, insurance and financial services, healthcare, telecommunications and entertainment software and gaming publishers
*They were established in 2002, expanded and now operate in six countries including US, UK and India
*They have created a professional atmosphere with opportunities for further development
*The working environment is extremely international
*The job will be based in their offices located in the UK , near Newcastle
The role
*Working as a Customer Service / Technical Support Agent
*Will be fully trained on the newest technology and customer service techniques
*You will be providing solutions and do simple troubleshooting for mobile providers
*Dealing with customer via telephone and email
*Resolving technical issues and escalating difficult problems
*You will working in a multinational team and enjoying the cosmopolitan atmosphere of UK
Your profile:
*Fluent Swedish, Danish and English speaker
*Enjoy dealing with clients and using excellent communication skills
*Previous contact centre experience would be an advantage
*Keen interest in IT and eager to learn more
