At the moment, the company is recruiting Dutch speakers for their Benelux, specifically *Brussels, offices founded in 1993, is one of the greatest players in the contact center and offers a complete service from its subsidiaries in Zoetermeer

*In the Benelux, more than 2,300 employees actively working for a large number of brands in various sectors.

*The atmosphere is very friendly, open, and international with a professional working environment. Presently there are technical support roles for a leading antivirus programming

The role:

*Providing technical support related to Internet connections or any other IT problems

*Dealing with clients and providing instructions via telephone or  other media such as mail or chat

*Providing solutions to customers quickly and effectively utilizing diagnostic tools, knowledge and with the assistance of experts and using your own skills

*Monitoring of actions in the CRM tool that tracks customer history

*Identifying potential gaps and look for processes improvement

Your Profile:

*Customer oriented

*Fluent Dutch and English

*Interest in IT

*Strong PC skills

*Communication skills and commercial awareness

*Result oriented

*Fluent French speaker

*Familiar with the telecom and data solutions

*Ability to work independently and in a team
