- Live in the Netherlands and work for European Contact Center specialized in outsourced CRM-services for leading technology companies.
- The company is a leading provider of marketing & sales support, logistics and technical helpdesk support and customer service for leading manufacturers of products such as notebooks, network servers, PCs, firewalls, software, multimedia and connectivity equipment.
- The company is servicing 21 languages across Europe and has been successfully operating for the past 14 years.
Daily duties:
- Technical support for Video editing software
- Dealing with customers and solving technical problems
- Answering to all incoming queries in a professional manner
- Correspondence with customers
- Communication with the team and leaders for problem escalation
Requirements:
- Fluency in all Swedish, Norwegian and English languages
- Strong technical knowledge Operating Systems and hardware
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Analytical skills and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
