Our client is an international company specialized in outsourced CRM-services to leading technology companies providing support in 21 languages to 16 European countries.
The company has successfully provided support in 21 languages across Europe for the past 14 years. Since its establishment, our client has consistently achieved steady growth, with a strong track record of success in technical support and customer care implementations.
Daily duties:
As a level 1 Technical Support specialist you will be responsible for providing professional and effective support to customers in relation to IT networking devices.
Handle queries from commercial clients.
Teamwork in order to get speedy solution to problems.
Understand all customers’ queries and respond in a professional and friendly manner.
Prioritise issues in order to maintain quality of service.
Requirements:
Fluency in Norwegian and Danish.
Fluent English
Good knowledge of MS Office
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proven Customer Service Skills
Problem solving, use of own initiative
Strong IT, troubleshooting and networking skills including:
-Operating Systems (WIN98/ME/2000/XP)
- Hardware on administrator level (able to build and install a pc himself, able to install operating systems)
-MS Office
-networking (TCP/IP, internet protocol, networking protocol, WIFI)
