Their client list includes leading manufacturers of products such as notebooks, network servers, PCs, firewalls, software, multimedia and connectivity equipment.
The company has successfully provided support in 21 languages across Europe for the past 14 years. Since its establishment, our client has consistently achieved steady growth, with a strong track record of success in technical support and customer care implementations.
Daily duties:
*Handle queries from commercial clients.
*Teamwork in order to get speedy solution to problems.
*Understand all customers’ queries and respond in a professional and friendly manner.
*Prioritise issues in order to maintain quality of service.
Requirements:
*Fluent Norwegian and Finnish
*Proven strong Technical skills
*Good knowledge of MS Office
*Good verbal and written communication skills
*Proven Customer Service Skills
*Problem solving, use of own initiative
