About Client:
*Our client is an international contact centre with well established name and excellent reputation world wide.
*They have been operating in the communication market for over 30 years successfully servicing world leader companies within 75 markets in their 200 locations.
*Brussels , offices founded in 1993, is one of the greatest players in the contact center and offers a complete service from its subsidiary in Zoetermeer.
The role:
*Providing technical support related to Internet connections or any other IT problems
*Dealing with clients and providing instructions via telephone or other media such as mail or chat
*Providing solutions to customers quickly and effectively utilizing diagnostic tools, knowledge and with the assistance of experts and using your own skills
*Monitoring of actions in the CRM tool that tracks customer history
*Identifying potential gaps and look for processes improvement
Your Profile:
*Customer oriented
*Fluent Dutch and German and English
*Interest in IT
*Strong PC skills
*Communication skills and commercial awareness
*Result oriented
*Fluent French speaker
*Familiar with the telecom and data solutions
*Ability to work independently and in a team
