Dutch Speaking Support required for Munster

The role:
- Answering, assisting and dealing with customer queries in a professional and timely manner 
over the phone and e-mail;
- Provide accurate and thorough solutions to user issues;
- Work in a multinational environment;
- Share experience with the team

Your profile:
- Dutch native/near-native;
- Fluent English;
- Strong customer service focus;
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills;
- Ability to work well as part of a team;
- Excellent PC skills is an advantage;
