Skills Required

- Fluent English and Swedish speaker

- Excellent communication skills

- Degree in Applied Linguistics or Translation

- Experience with computer aided translation tools and systems

- Experience in doing technical translations for end-user software products

- Experience in translating for specific product types, e.g. - high end video/audio software products

- Knowledgeable in multilingual and multicultural issues

As a fluent German Technical Support Agent your role will consist of:

·         Providing technical support and customer service over the phone and when necessary escalate more complex problems.

·         Logging of all customer calls onto a database.
