Fluent German Helpdesk / Technical Support – Start Immediately

My client is one of the most innovative companies in modern technology.  Their European Operations Centre is located on the outskirts of Cork, Ireland’s second largest city. It is a Multi cultural environment with all European languages supported on-site and employs over 1100 agents.

Job Outline:

My client is currently expanding their technical support team and is looking for 8 fluent German speakers.

As a fluent German Technical Support Agent your role will consist of:

·         Providing technical support and customer service over the phone and when necessary escalate more complex problems.
·         Handling most frequently asked questions as quickly and effectively as possible whilst providing and maintaining strong and professional relationships with all customers.
·         Logging of all customer calls onto a database.
