· Providing technical support and maintaining strong relationship with clients in Hebrew language
· Answering to all incoming request via telephone, email and fax and dealing with technical issues
· Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements
· Are a fluent Hebrew speaker with fluency in English
· Are interested in developing your career in IT
· Would like to use your excellent communication skills while dealing with international clients
· Are eager to learn and would like to be trained on newest technology and Customer relations techniques
· Enjoy teamwork and multinational environment
