Daily duties:
• Handle queries from customers in a professional, polite, and understanding manner.
• Teamwork in order to get speedy solution to problems, report to team leader.
• Recording customers calls in database, and follow up to find appropriate solution to the issue.
• Prioritise issues in order to maintain quality of service.
• Providing dedicated service in order to please customers, and to always maintain strong relations.
Requirements:
• Native German speaker.
• Fluency in English, writing and speaking.
• Very good communication skills.
• Problem solving, use of own initiative.
• Strong IT interest or education, knowledge of new technologies.
• Experience in customer service, call centre.
Location: CORK
Salary: €21k-€23k+benefits.
Type: Permanent contract.
