The client:

·         The client is a leading outsourcing company providing support for large telecommunication organization

·         Our client is located in a lovely town called Poole on the South cost in the UK, 3 hours form London. The area is full of various tourist attractions and cultural events as well as has something to offer for all whether you enjoy outdoor activities or prefer other hobbies. For water sport and sailing enthusiast, this is the place to be. Poole will be holding sailing competition in the Summer Olympics 20102

The role – Customer Service Agent

·         Will be fully trained on the newest technology and customer service techniques

·         You will be providing solutions and do simple troubleshooting for a mobile provider

·         You will working in a multinational team and enjoying the cosmopolitan atmosphere of Dorset county

Your profile:

·         Fluent Dutch speaker

·         Fluency in English

·         Keen interest in IT and eager to learn more

·         Enjoy dealing with clients and using excellent communication skills

·         Previous contact centre experience would be an advantage
