They are currently looking for bilingual speakers of Norwegian to join the dynamic and multicultural team in Dublin!
The role
- Handle customer queries over the phone
- Deal with issues which arise and if they cannot resolve the problem, passing them onto a higher level of support
The profile
- Fluent Norwegian + Fluent English
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Customer Service experience appreciated
- Strong Technical and IT background
Job specifics:
• Salary: €21,500 + €1500 bonus
• Relocation Package (flight & accommodation)
