Swedish translator experience in IT needed in Cork

The role

- Hands-on translation.

- Utilizing internal tools to identify changes with localization impact.

- Bug monitoring, escalation, reporting and resolution.

- Linguistic QA.

- Assist with some quick-turnaround translations

- Identifying tools and process enhancements

Skills Required

- Fluent English and Swedish speaker

- Excellent communication skills

- Degree in Applied Linguistics or Translation

- Experience with computer aided translation tools and systems

- Experience in doing technical translations for end-user software products

- Experience in translating for specific product types, e.g. - high end video/audio software products

- Knowledgeable in multilingual and multicultural issues
