currently looking for fluent German and English speakers to join the 
multicultural Customer Care team in Newcastle Upon Tyme.

DAILY TASKS 

•     Outbound/Inbound sales
•     Advise customer of the leading cars manufacturer
•     Handle customer queries over the phone
•     Build and maintain strong relationship with customers
•     Data entry
•     Provide the best quality customer advises over the phone/email/forum/
skype 

THE CANDIDATE 

• Fluent German & Fluent English
• Customer Service experience
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills
