Great Career Opportunity in Prague for ALL Norwegian Speakers -Service Desk analyst

Main Description
MY client is
* The client is a leading logistics company with presence in most countries worldwide.
* The client offers integrated services and tailored, customer-focused solutions for managing and transporting letters, goods and information.
* One of their offices are based in Prague the capital of Czech Republic and one of the most visited and loved cities in Europe.
* The client employs about 1000 people on the site in Prague in the state of art office, very close to metro station.

Daily duties:

* Respond to user requests by telephone/email/Service Desk in a professional manner,
* Patching Network cables in hub rooms – Maintenance of Hub Rooms and IT Control
* All desk side related Moves and changes in IT Infrastructure eg. IT Systems, Machines, wiring, cabling, etc.
* Asset Management and Inventory control

Requirements:

- Experience: 1 year minimum in customer services
- Fluent Norwegian & English
- Min secondary school education level or equivalent
- Efficient record keeper, with good communication skills
- Highly motivated team player and keen to learn.
