Our client is the leading Contact Centre Outsourcer in the UK. Currently working with a large range of partners all over the world, Customer Care agents are needed to work on a dynamic IT project for the leading IT Company.

Based in the Belfast city centre, the office is modern, near the shopping centre and equipped with canteen, TVs and pool. Many social events are organized for the employee and you will be helped to be relocated in this welcoming city.

Your role as a Customer Care Representative

·Working on one of their projects within the informational technology

· Handle with customers queries via email

· Dealing with clients

The candidate- skills required

· Turkish nationality

· Valid WORK PERMIT for the UK

· English fluent

· Previous Customer Care experience will be considered as an asset

· Strong IT interest and will to work in that field

· Good understanding of the software and standard computer application
